Netfoodish Data Deletion Policy

2. Mobile App Users:
Mobile app users can initiate a data deletion request directly from the app. The process involves authentication via a one-time password (OTP) sent to the user's registered mobile number or registered email id. To request data deletion, follow these steps:
a. Log in to the Netfoodish mobile app.
b. Navigate to the "Account Settings" or "Privacy Settings" section.
c. Locate the "Delete My Data" option.
d. Follow the on-screen instructions to generate and enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
e. Confirm your decision to delete your data.
Once the authentication process is successfully completed, Netfoodish will promptly initiate the data deletion process. Please note that certain data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
3. Website Users:
Website users who wish to delete their data should send a deletion request via email to wecare@netfoodish.in. To request data deletion, follow these steps:
a. Compose an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."
b. Provide your registered email address and any other necessary information for identification purposes.
c. Clearly state your intention to delete your data from Netfoodish's systems.
Netfoodish will respond to your email within a reasonable timeframe and may require additional information to verify your identity before proceeding with the data deletion request.
4. Retention Periods:
Netfoodish will retain certain user data for a specific period, as required by applicable laws and regulations. This may include transaction records, billing information, or data needed for auditing purposes. After the retention period expires, the remaining data will be securely deleted.
5. Security Measures:
Netfoodish employs robust security measures to protect user data during the deletion process. All data is securely and permanently removed to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Changes to the Policy:
Netfoodish reserves the right to update and modify this Data Deletion Policy. Users will be notified of any changes through appropriate communication channels.
